✨ Who can apply to be a vendor?
We welcome all types of vendors — from enchanted creators and magical makers to foodies, collectors, and everything in between. If you have a whimsical product or magical service, we'd love to hear from you!
🗓️ How often are markets held?
Our markets are pop-up style and typically happen 1–2 times per month. Each one is unique and full of themed wonder!
📝 How do I apply?
Vendor applications are released approximately 45 days prior to each event and must be submitted through our application form (link will be posted when live). Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with announcements!
💰 Is there a booth fee?
Yes, details including booth fee, size options, and add-ons (like power access) will be included in each application.
⏰ What about setup and breakdown?
Setup times will be shared in your acceptance email, usually beginning 2–3 hours before the event start.
Breakdown begins promptly after the market ends.
Early teardown is not allowed out of courtesy for guests and fellow vendors.
⚡ Are tables, tents, or power provided?
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays, and canopy tents.
Power access may be available for an extra fee (not guaranteed for all locations).
Some venues may have specific requirements (like tent weights or fire permits for food vendors) We’ll always be sure to disclose that information ahead of time.

Most vendors accept cards, but we recommend bringing some cash just in case. ATMs may not be available on-site.
